In front of the “Auditorium” in which Woodruff presented his proposed development. This building now houses a restaurant in back and a local business on the street front. It is on Del Prado at Old Golden Lantern (formerly on the corner of Old Golden Lantern before it was redirected into Golden Lantern to go down to the harbor.)
